はじめに
扁平苔癬の定型的発疹の報告は非常に多く見出されるが，その特異な形態を呈するものの報告は少ない。
最近筆者は，昭和37年より昭和42年までのわが教室における扁平苔癬の統計的観察1）においても見られなかつた，一見汗孔角化症を思わしめた稀有な型の扁平苔癬を2例経験したので，ここに扁平苔癬の特異な型の1つとして追加報告する。
A 38- and 50-year-old housewives with this condition were reported.
The cases were characterized by long courses of more than ten years and lesions resistant against treatments.
In such cases, though, typical clinical and histologic pictures were found in some parts of the lesions.
