I．緒言

　Hutchinson^1）〜3）（1890）の記載に始まり，次いでDubreuilh^4）（1912）の詳細な論文に基づく本症はその後Miescher^5）6）（1932,1936）により研究されたが，今日欧米において特に注目されており，その報告多く，又，三島^7）〜11）の新しい見解に基づく業績が数多く見られる。一方，本邦においては本症は上野^12）（昭和34年）により観察され，次いで久木田^{13）〜15）}（昭和35年）により黒色癌前駆症の名称のもとに報告され，以来その症例が増えつつある^{16）〜25）}。

　最近，著者も悪性化像を件なえる本症と思われる1例を経験したので報告する。

A case of malignant melanoma developed from Dubrcuilh's melanosis circumscripta praecance-rosa was reported.

The patient is 64-year-old woman. She had had a pigmented patch on her right index finger for the past 25 years, which became elevated in the center a few months ago.

In this paper it is stressed an importance of understanding this comparative benign type of melanosis concerning the treatment of malignant melanoma since the fate of the patient is greatly influenced by the method of it.
