Castleman's disease is a rare benign lymphoid neoplasm that is often presenting asymptomatically.
A 23-year-old male complained of a painlessmass in the right neck that was growing slowly over 2 years.
Preoperative CT scan, MRI and angiography find-ings suggested that the tumor was very hypervas-cular and had two main feeding arteries.
Operation was performed for diagnosis as well as treatment. Histopathological diagnosis was the hyaline-vascular type of Castleman's disease.
