両側頸動脈小体腫瘍に内頸動脈偽動脈瘤および放射線皮膚潰瘍を合併した1症例

A Case of Bilateral Carotid Body Tumor with Pseudoaneurysm of Internal Carotid Artery and Radiodermatitis

　はじめに

　頸動脈小体腫瘍は，これまでに本邦で130例余りの報告^1）があるが，両側性のものは5％程度であるといわれている^2）。

　今回われわれは，両側頸動脈小体腫瘍に対して，39年前に手術および放射線照射を受け，その後左頸部に慢性放射線皮膚潰瘍を生じ，また左頸部内頸動脈に偽動脈瘤を合併し，これより大量出血を繰り返し不幸な転帰をとった症例を経験した。この症例を呈示するとともに文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A case of bilateral carotid body tumor compli-cated with pseudoaneurysm and radiodermatitis is rare. We present a 65-year-old man with diagnosis of bilateral carotid body tumor with pseudoaneu-rysm in the left internal carotid artery and radio-dermatitis in his left neck. We also described his unfortunate clinical course with review of litera-ture.
