小児口腔外傷の2例

Accidental Intraoral Trauma in Two Infants

　はじめに

　口腔領域は様々な原因による外傷が多発する領域である。それゆえ，救急外来で口腔外傷に遭遇することも多い。従来，口腔粘膜は創傷治癒しやすいこともあり軽視される傾向にあった。しかし，口腔は頭蓋骨や喉頭，気管などの重要な臓器に近接していることもあり，ときに重篤な病態を引き起こす。

　今回われわれは，刺傷による小児口腔外傷の2例を経験したので，口腔外傷遭遇時の注意点などの考察を加え報告する。

We reported two children who developed a penet-rating intraoral injury with a stick when they were playing. When the injury was occured, the wound seemed not so much serious, but a few hours later it turned to inflammation.

The patients were hospitalized for a few days and given antibiotics.
