内耳道内悪性リンパ腫の1例

Malignant Lymphoma of the Internal Auditory Meatus: A Case Report

　はじめに

　中枢神経系に発生する悪性リンパ腫は他臓器に比べ少なく^1,2），その中でさらに小脳橋角部に発生するものは稀である。今回われわれは，左内耳道内に発生した悪性リンパ腫で初診後3か月で急速に頭蓋内に進展し，不幸な転帰をとった1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 70-year-old women presented with dizziness,hearing impairment in the left side and left facial palsy. MRI-Gd revealed a homogeneously enhanced mass of 1 cm in size in the left internal acoustic meatus. But the mass was growing up to 3 cm and invaded to the leptomenix for three months. Mental status was decling. Diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma was made on the basis of positive CSF cytology. We performed chemotherapy but the patient died.
