骨組織の迷入をともなった甲状舌管嚢胞の1例

A Case of Thyroglossal Duct Cyst incorporating Aberrant Bone Tissue

　はじめに

　甲状舌管嚢胞（正中頸嚢胞）は，甲状舌管の遺残に由来し^1），前頸部に出現する腫瘤のなかでも比較的よくみられる。

　今回われわれが経験した甲状舌管嚢胞は，嚢胞内に，舌骨との連続性のない，骨髄をともなった骨組織そのものが迷入したものである。

　甲状舌管嚢胞の壁内に認められる付属器官としては，粘液腺組織，異所性甲状腺組織，杯細胞などがあると報告されている^2〜4）。しかし甲状舌管嚢胞内に迷入組織が存在したとの報告は全くなく極めてまれな症例である。

We report a case of thyroglossal duct cyst in-corporating bone tissue. The bone tissue showed trabecular growth and normal bone marrow tissue.

Pathological findings showed that the bone tissue was surrounded by thick fibrous tissue similar to that around hyoid bone.

Bone tissue in this case was suggested to be aberrant tissue rather than hamartoma.
