咽頭胃吻合術1年8か月後に生じた頸部皮膚の1例

A Cervical Fistula Developing after Gastropharyngoplasty:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　下咽頭癌術後の再建挙上胃管に手術後長期間を経て瘻孔が発生した症例の報告は少ない^1〜6）。今回われわれは，下咽頭癌術後1年8か月を経過して，胃管と前頸部皮膚との間に瘻孔を生じ，手術的に瘻孔を閉鎖し大胸筋皮弁による再建を行った症例を経験したので報告する。

A 52-year-old male developed a cervical fistula into a gastric roll tube 1 year and 8 months after esophageal reconstruction. The fistula was closed surgically, and the defect was reconstructed with a pectoralis major myocutaneous flap. It was believed that the effect of radiation was an important factor in etiology of the fistula formation in this case.
