舌癌に対するシスプラチン動注療法により顔面神経麻痺と難聴を生じた1症例

Facial Palsy and Hearing Loss Following IntraArterial Chemotherapy with Cisplatin:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　シスプラチン（Cis-diammine-dichloroplatinum，cisplatin：CDDP）は，抗癌剤として近年頭頸部悪性腫瘍に優れた治療効果をあげている。用法として，しばしば浅側頭動脈動注療法が用いられるが，副作用として腎障害，骨髄抑制などとともに内耳障害をきたすことが知られている。また，動注療法のまれな合併症として顔面神経麻痺が報告されている1〜5）。今回われわれは，舌癌に対してシスプラチンの動注療法を施行し，その合併症として顔面神経麻痺と聴力障害をきたした症例を経験したので報告する。

Cisplatin (CDDP) is a common carciostatic drug. On the other hand, it has harmful side effects, such as renal toxicity, bone marrow sup-ression, and ototoxicity. It has been reportd that facial nerve palsy may follow intra-arterial cancer chemotherapy.

Recently, we experienced one case in which facial nerve palsy and hearing loss was deve-loped following intra-arterial chemotherapy with Cisplatin.
