声門部喉頭癌T1 NO MOの放射線治療成績

Results of Radiation Therapy of Glottic Cancer (T1 NO MO)

はじめに

　頭頸部癌の治療ではその機能保存のために放射線治療が第1選択とされることが多い。喉頭癌においても発声機能を温存するため放射線照射が行われ，早期癌では根治療法として良い成績をあげている。

　今回我々は今後の治療の参考とする目的で，当科における声門部喉頭癌T1 N0 M0症例の放射線治療成績をまとめたので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

Results of radiation therapy on 58 patients with glottic squamous cell carcinoma treated from 1970 to 1986 were reported. Primary radiation therapy controlled 89.7% of the cases without local recur-rence. Clinico-pathological findings on the biopsied materials was investigated before treatment in order to find out a factor which implies a ten-dency of recurrence.
