We report a case of a high jugular bulb that was discovered after dizziness.

The patient visited our department with chief complaint of vertigo due to sound stimulation. Computed tomography revealed that the right jugular bulb protruded inside the cone and was in contact with the vestibular aqueduct. The symptoms may have been due to the high jugular bulb being in contact with the vestibular aqueduct or some minor malformation of the inner ear accompanying the high jugular bulb.

Overall, physicians should keep in mind the fact that a high jugular bulb can cause various symptoms.
