I．はじめに

　鼻・副鼻腔悪性腫瘍のうち，多くは上顎洞癌が占めており，前頭洞癌においては約0.7％と発生頻度は極めて低い^1）。

　初期には明らかな臨床像を呈さないため，術前の確定診断が比較的困難である。治療法も確立したものはなく，手術療法，放射線療法，化学療法などの単独または組み合わせにより治療されているのが現状である。

　われわれは，眼球摘出を含む拡大切除と放射線療法により長期生存を達成した前頭洞癌症例を経験したので，以前の2症例と合わせ若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 62-year-old male,was referred with a painful swelling around the right eye. Histological examination revealed squamous cell carcinoma. Radiotherapy and total removal of the tumor with excision of the right eye ball was performed. No recurrence was observed for 7 years after the treatment.
