外傷性黄斑円孔に対し内境界膜剥離が有効であった2症例

Removal of the internal limiting membrane was effective in two eyes of traumatic macular hole

（P−2-113）　鈍的外傷による黄斑円孔2眼に対して内境界膜剥離を併用する硝子体手術を，受傷後の5週と7週に行った。両眼とも網脈絡膜萎縮が残ったが円孔は閉鎖した。術前視力はそれぞれ0.4と0.2であり，術後には0.8と0.6に改善した。早期の内境界膜剥離が外傷性黄斑円孔に対して有効でありうることを示す症例である。

We treated two eyes of traumatic macular hole by vitrectomy and removal of internal limiting membrane. The macular hole closed leaving chorioretinal atrophy. The visual acuity improved from 0.4 to 0.8 in one eye and from 0.2 to 0.6 in the other. These cases illustrate that early removal of internal limiting membrane may be effective for traumatic macular hole.
