多局所網膜電図による黄斑円孔硝子体手術例の評価

Evaluation of idiopathic macular hole before and after vitreous surgery by multifocal electroretinogram

（展示203）　多局所網膜電図を用いて，特発性黄斑円孔8眼の硝子体手術前後の黄斑機能を評価した。円孔の程度は，Stage2が3眼とStage3が5眼であった。矯正視力の平均は，術前0.27から9か月以上の術後0.58に改善した。中心半径5°以内の7点での中心網膜応答密度は，術前の4.10±0.87nV／deg²から術後5.16±0.64nV／deg²に上昇していた（p＜0.05）。術前後の黄斑円孔の他覚的機能評価に，多局所網膜電図が有用であった。

We evaluated the macular function in 8 eyes of idiopathic macular hole before and after vitreous surgery. We used a multifocal electroretinogram (ERG) . The series comprised 3 eyes of stage 2 hole and 5 eyes of stage 3 hole. The mean visual acuity improved from the preoperative 0.27 to postoperative 0.58. The mean response density improved from the preoperative 4.10 ± 0.87 nV/deg² to postoperative 5.16 ± 0.64 nV/deg² (p＜ 0.05) . These findings show the usefulness of multifocal ERG in the evaluation of macular function in idiopathic macular hole before and after vitreous surgery.
