特発性黄斑円孔の後天色覚

Acquired color vision deficiency in idiopathic macular holes

（展示198）　硝子体手術を行った特発性黄斑円孔14眼に対し。術前後に色覚を検査した。検査には，標準色覚検査表（第2部）後天異常用（SPP-II）を用いた。術前の色覚検査結果が良い症例は，術後視力が良好である傾向があった。特発性黄斑円孔の手術に際し，本色覚検査が術後視機能を推定する視標となる可能性がある。

We tasted the color vision in 14 eyes of idiopathic macular hole before and after vitreous surgery. We used the Standard Color Vision Plates Part2 (SPP-II) which is designed for acquired color deficiency. Eyes with good preoperative color vision tended to show good visual acuity after surgery. The finding show the potential usefulness of color vision test for assessing the postsurgical visual function in idiopathic macular holes.
