視神経病変を呈したサルコイドーシスの3例

Optic nerve lesions in three cases of sarcoidosis

（26C1-16）　サルコイドーシスによる片眼性の視神経病変3例を経験した。それぞれ21歳男性，25歳男性，37歳女性である。2例には視神経肉芽腫があり，1例には視神経炎があった。視力障害は2例にあり，1例では黄斑浮腫，1例では視神経炎が原因であった。ステロイド剤の全身投与で，視力はすみやかに回復した。

We observed 3 cases of sarcoidosis with unilateral optic nerve involvement. They comprised 21-year-old male, 25-year-old male and 37-year-old female. Optic nerve granuloma was present in 2 cases and optic neuritis in one. Visual impairment was due to macula edema in one case and to optic neuritis in another. Systemic corticosteroid induced rapid improvement in visual acuity in the affected 2 eyes.
