糖尿病性網膜症と血漿Thromboxane B2，6-keto PGF1αおよび血漿TATとPICの関係

Plasma levels of thromboxane B2, 6-ketoprostaglandin F1α, TAT and PIC in diabetic retinopathy

　糖尿病性網膜症の病期と血漿Throm-boxane B₂（TXB₂）と6-keto PGF_1αおよび血漿thrombin-antithrombin Ⅲ複合体（TAT）とplasminα₂-plasmin inhibitor複合体（PIC）との関係について検討し，次のような結果を得た。

　（1） TXB₂／6-keto PGF_1αの比は対照群，NDR群，SDR群の順で上昇傾向をとり，PDR群では対照群およびNDR群に対して有意に高値を示した（P＜0.05）。

　（2） TATはPDR群で最も高値で対照群に対して有意に上昇した（P＜0.05）。PICは網膜症の病期による大きな差を認めなかった。

　以上よりPDR群で微小血栓の形成傾向がみられ，網膜症の進行に関与していると考えられた。

We evaluated the plasma levels of thromboxaneB₂(TXB₂), 6-ketoprostaglandin F_1α, thrombin-antithrombin Ⅲ complex (TAT) and plasmin α₂-plasmin inhibitor complex (PIC) in various stagesof diabetic retinopathy. The ratio TXB₂/6-keto PGF_1α showed a tendency to increase along withseverity of retinopathy.

The value in proliferative diabetic retinopathywas significantly higher than that in control anddiabetics without retinopathy (p＜0.05). The TATvalue was the highest in proliferative diabeticretinopathy. The value was significantly higherthan in control (p＜0.05). The PIC value was in-dependent of the severity or stage of diabeticretinopathy.
