高度視機能障害における光線投影測定の試み

Light projection perimetry in eyes with severe visual dysfunction

　われわれが考案した光線投影測定計で，視機能障害眼での視機能評価を行った。増殖糖尿病網膜症14眼，網膜色素変性症3眼，高度白内障3眼を対象とした。ゴールドマン視野計で測定ができない高度視機能障害眼でも，本法で視機能を量的に評価できた。ゴールドマン視野計で測定が可能な症例では，本法による測定結果がゴールドマン視野とほぼ相応した。

We evaluated the visual function in 20 low vision eyes using a light projection perimeter developed by us. The series comprised proliferative diabetic retinopathy 14 eyes, retinitis pigmentosa 3 eyes and advanced cataract 3 eyes. Our method enabled a qualitative assessment of visual function even when Goldmann perimetry could not be performed due to advanced impairment of visual function. The findings of visual field with our method were similar to those by Goldmann perimetry when the latter could be performed.
