　自己免疫性膵炎に合併したミクリッツ症候群の1例を経験した。症例は31歳性で，両眼の上眼瞼腫脹を自覚して眼科を受診した。涙腺部腫瘤の生検で炎性偽腫瘍と診断した。同時に顎下腺の腫脹も合併していた。内科的精査で自己免疫性膵炎，およびそれによる糖尿病が発見された。副腎皮質ステロイド薬の全身投与で涙腺部の腫瘤は著明に縮小し，糖尿病も改善した。

A 31-year-old woman presented with bilateral swelling in the upper eyelid. Biopsy of swollen lacrimal gland showed inflammatory pseudotumor. She was diagnosed as Mikulicz syndrome after detection of swelling of submandibular glands. Further examinations showed diabetes mellitus secondary to autoimmune pancreatitis. Treatment with systemic prednisolone resulted in improvement of swelling of the lacrimal glands and diabetes mellitus.
