偽円孔所見を呈した黄斑部網膜上膜の手術成績

Outcome of surgery for epiretinal membranes with macular pseudoholes

　偽黄斑円孔所見を呈した特発性黄斑部網膜上膜症例9眼について，膜除去術前後の偽円孔の形態および視力を検討した。術後，9眼中4眼で偽円孔の形態が改善し，7眼で2段階以上の視力改善を得た。偽円孔所見が改善した4眼は，術前視力が比較的良好で，うち3眼においては1.2の術後視力が得られた。一方，偽円孔が不変であった5眼は術前視力が悪いものが多く，術後の視力回復も限られていた。偽円孔を有する網膜上膜に対する手術では，術前の視力が良好な場合には偽円孔所見が改善しやすく，術後視力も良好である。

We performed vitreous surgery for epiretinal membranes with macular pseudoholes in 9 eyes. Following peeling of epiretinal membranes, macular pseudohole disappeared in 1 eye and its margin became indistinct in 3 eyes. These 4 eyes had preoperative visual acuity of 0.3 to 0.6 and showed improved visual acuity by 2 lines or more after surgery. Visual acuity of 1.2 was obtained in 3 of these 4 eyes. The remaining 5 eyes had preoperative visual acuity of 0.1 to 0.4 and showed postoperative visual acuity of 0.3 to 0.6. The finding shows that eyes with fair preoperative visual acuity result in better surgical outcome regarding funduscopic findings and visual acuity.
