局所切除，白内障手術，眼内レンズ挿入，瞳孔形成術が奏効した毛様体腺腫の1症例

A successfully treated case of ciliary body adenoma with resection, lens extraction, intraocular lens implantation and pupilloplasty

（P−1-77）　13歳男児が左眼の視力低下で受診した。褐色の腫瘍が虹彩の後方内側にあり，水晶体を圧迫し白内障が併発していた。腫瘍を局所切除し，白内障手術，眼内レンズ挿入，瞳孔形成術を行った。腫瘍は半球形で径は8mm，割面は嚢胞状であった。病理組織学的に悪性所見はなく，毛様体上皮に連なる腫瘍細胞が嚢胞状，腺状の構造を呈していた。手術後に重篤な合併症はなく，良好な視力が維持されている。

Amedial to the iris. The lens was displaced by the tumor and was partially opaque. The tumor was locally resected followed bstract. A 13-year-old boy presented with decreased vision in his left eye. A brown tumor was present posterior and by lens extraction, intraocular lens implantation, and pupilloplasty. The tumor was cystic, semicircular and 8mm in diameter. Malignancy was ruled out by histopathology. The tumor cells were continuous with the ciliary epithelium and had formed cystic and glandular structures. The posttreatment course was uneventful with good visual acuity.
