眼内レンズ挿入で改善した外傷性毛様体解離

Improvement of traumatic cyclodialysis following intraocular lens implantation

　眼内レンズ挿入後に低眼圧が上昇し，改善した外傷性毛様体解離例を報告する。患者は47歳男性で13年前に右眼の外傷性毛様体解離による低眼圧黄斑症のため2／3周にわたって毛様体縫合術を受けたが，眼圧上昇が得られないまま経過していた。数年前から白内障が進行し，視力が低下したために，IOL挿入術を行ったところ眼圧が上昇し，超音波生体顕微鏡でも明らかに術前に比べ毛様体の解離部の縮小をみた。

A 47-year-old male had suffered blunt trauma in the right eye resulting in traumatic cyclodialysis with persistent hypotonic maculopathy 13 years before. Attempts at transscleral suturing of the ciliary body had proved futile. He underwent cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation in the affected eye. The intraocular pressure started to rise to be stabilized at about 10 mmHg. Ultrasound biomicroscopy showed apparent closure of the cyclodialysis.
