（P3-1-22）　過去12年間に経験した真菌性眼内炎の症例14例19眼の視力予後を検討した。14例中12例に中心酵脈高カロリー輸液の留置を認めた。全例に抗真菌薬の投与を行ったが，10眼には効果が認められなかったために，硝子体手術を施行した。手術施行眼の10眼中9眼に2段階以上の視力向上を認めたが，黄斑部に病変の存在する症例は手術後視力不良であった。以上から，本症の早期発見，早期治療が重要であると思われる。

We reviewed 19 eyes of 14 cases of fungal endophthalmitis during the past 12 years. It occured after intravenous hyperalimentation (IVH) in 12 cases. All cases were treated by systemic antifungal agents. Vitreous surgery became necessary in 10 eyes, of which visual acuity improved by 2 lines or more in 9 eyes. Poor visual acuity was the rule in cases with macular involvement. The findings show the importance of early detection and treatment of fungal endophthalmitis.
