眼瞼結膜下に生じた汗腺嚢腫の1例

A case of hidrocystoma in the palpebral subconjunctiva

（17-G409-3）　眼瞼結膜下に生じた汗腺嚢腫と思われる1例を経験した。症例は38歳，男性。右下眼瞼の軽度の腫脹を主訴に受診した。初診時，右下眼瞼結膜の円蓋部の中央に約12×10mmの腫瘤があり，同側の上眼瞼結膜にも類似の病変がみられた。下眼瞼結膜下の腫瘤の全摘出を行い，手術後の病理組織診では汗腺嚢腫と診断された。本症例は皮膚上皮性の嚢胞が瞼結膜下に生じた稀な例と思われた。

A 38-year-old male presented with swelling of the right lower eyelid as chief complaint. We detected a tumor, 12 × 10 mm in size, in the center of the lower fornix. A similar tumor was present in the upper palpebral conjunctiva in the same eye. The tumor in the lower fonix was extirpated. It proved to be hydrocystoma histopathologically. This case to be an unusual one since it usually manifests as cutaneous epithelial cyst.
