眉毛部静脈瘤の1例

A case of varix in the eyebrow

（18-P2-10）　体位によって出現する眉毛部の静脈瘤を経験した。症例は35歳の女性で，数年前から顔をうつむきにしていると左眉毛部に腫瘤が出現した。眉毛部は通常は平坦であるが，うつむき姿勢にて約10秒で左眉毛部耳側に約1×2cmの弾性軟の腫瘤が出現した。正面を向くと徐々に小さくなり、約1分で消失した。腹臥位のMRIで，眉毛部にT2強調像でhigh densityの腫瘤が認められ，この部分が耳側において静脈となることが確認できた。これにより，上眼瞼静脈の静脈瘤と診断した。美容的理由から観血的治療を行い，良好な結果を得た。

A 35-year-old female presented with intermittent swelling of the left eyebrow of a few years' duration. A soft mass, 1cm×2cm in size, appeared when the face was kept downward for 10 seconds. It disappeared when the head was kept in upright position for one minute. Magnetic resonance imaging during the prone showed a high-density mass in the eyebrow which was identified as originating from a vein. The finding led to the diagnosis of varix in the upper eyebrow. Surgical resection resulted in favorable outcome.
