（18-G402-7）　組織診断群のサルコイド性ぶどう膜炎51例について血清アンジオテンシン変換酵素活性の測定結果がステロイド薬点眼によって影響されるかどうかをretrospectiveに検討した。ステロイド薬点眼例と非点眼例で血清アンジオテンシン変換酵素活性上昇例の割合に有意差はなく，ステロイド薬点眼は血清アンジオテンシン変換酵素活性の測定結果に影響しないと考えられた。

We reviewed 51 histologically confirmed cases of sarcoid uveitis regarding the activity of serum angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) . The series comprised 21 cases treated with topical corticosteroid and 30 cases without. There was no difference in the incidence of elevated serum ACE values between the two groups. The finding shows that prior or concurrent treatment with topical corticosteroid does not influence the serum ACE value in sarcoid uveitis.
