眼瞼炎に併発した角膜プリクテンの臨床像

Clinical features of phlyctenular keratitis associated with blepharitis

　眼瞼炎に併発した角膜フリクテンの2症例を経験した。いずれも女性で，年齢は18歳と26歳であり，片眼性の発症である。治療として，0.02％フルオロメトロン点眼，抗生物質の局所投与，ミノサイクリンの全身投与，および眼瞼の清拭を行った。角膜プリクテンは，それぞれ10日と21日で治癒し，以後1年間は再発がない。眼瞼炎に併発した角膜ブリクテンに対しては，眼瞼炎の治療が有効であり，再発防止にも意義があると考える。

We observed two unilateral cases of phlyctenulosis of the cornea associated with blepharitis. Both were females aged 18 and 26 years. Both cases were treated by topical corticosteroid, topical antibiotics, oral minocycline and wiping the lid margins. The phlyctenular lesion healed after 10 and 21 days of treatment respectively. There has been no recurrence during the ensuing one year. The combined therapy for blepharitis was apparently effective for phlyctenulosis.
