地図状網脈絡膜症の1例

A case of geographic choroidopathy

　54歳女性が右眼飛蚊症を主訴として受診した。右眼に−5.5D，左眼に−6.0Dの近視があり，視力はともに0.9であった。左眼底の乳頭周囲に融合性の灰黄色の病巣が散在し，地図状網脈絡膜症と診断された。電気眼球運動図でL／D比が低下し，scotopicならびにphotopic網膜電図の波形の振幅が低下していた。多局所網膜電図では，眼底病巣の部位に一致して波形の振幅が低下していた。

A 54-year-old female sought medical advice for myodesopsia in her right eye. Her visual acuity was 0.9 in either eye when corrected for myopia. Confluent gray-yellow lesions were scattered around the optic disc in the left eye. She was diagnosed as geographic choroidopathy. Electrooculogram showed reduced L/D ratio. Scotopic and photopic electroretinogram showed reduced amplitudes in the affected eye. Multifocal electroretinogram showed reduced amplitudes in areas corresponding to the fundus lesions.
