眼窩悪性リンパ腫の1症例

A case of bilateral malignant lymphoma of the orbit

　61歳女性で，両眼の眼窩原発悪性リンパ腫に，膵頭部の神経内分泌細胞腫瘍を合併した症例を経験した。右眼窩悪性リンパ腫と膵頭部神経内分泌細胞腫瘍に対しては，外科的に切除した。左眼窩悪性リンパ腫に対しては，放射線療法を施行した。また全身転移を考慮し，化学療法を施行した。現在2年近い経過観察において再発はなく，左眼窩内腫瘍の縮小を認めている。

A 61-year-old woman was diagnosed as bilateral primary malignant lymphoma of the orbit with islet cell tumor of the pancreatic head. Right orbital lymphoma and pancreatic tumor were surgically removed. Left orbital tumor was treated by radiation. She was then treated by systemic chemotherapy. There has been no recurrence during two years of follow up. The tumor in the left orbit has decreased in size.
