眼瞼の悪性黒色腫の1例

A case of malignant melanoma of the eyelid

　眼瞼に悪性黒色腫を生じた71歳女性を経験した。組織学的にレベル4の悪性黒子型黒色腫であった。黒色腫を含む左眼瞼と左眼窩内容の除去術，前額皮弁を用いた形成外科手術，および，術前と術後のDAV〔D＝DTIC （ダカルバジン^®），A＝ACNU （ニドラン^®），V＝VCR （オンコビン^®）〕—Feron （β—インターフェロン^®）療法により1年経過した現在に至るまで経過良好である。

A 71-year-old female was diagnosed as malignant melanoma of upper and lower eyelid in the left eye. The initial signs were noted 5 years before. She was treated by resection of the affected eyelids including the melanoma, enucleation of left eyeball and plastic surgery using the frontal eyebrow flap. The surgically obtained specimen showed lentigo malignant melanoma classified as level 4. She was placed under systemic chemotherapy before and after surgery with combination of dacarbazine, nimustine, vincristine and β-interferon (DAV-Feron). There has been no recurrence during 12 months after surgery.
