網膜打撲壊死3例のインドシアニングリーン螢光眼底造影所見

Indocyanine green angiographic findings in three cases of retinal concussion necrosis

　インドシアニングリーンビデオ螢光眼底造影indocyanine green video angiography （IA）を施行した網膜打撲壊死の3例を経験した。そのIA所見では，病変部局所の脈絡膜動脈の閉塞ないしは痙縮，および脈絡膜毛細血管板の閉塞がみられた。感覚網膜・網膜色素上皮の障害のみならず，脈絡膜外層におよぶ循環障害が証明されたと考えられた。網膜打撲壊死においては，脈絡膜の循環動態を把握するためにIAは有用な検査と思われる。

Three eyes of retinal concussion necrosis were examined by indocyanine green video angiogra-phy. Choroidal arteries showed localized occlusion or spasm accompanied occlusion of choriocapillaris. The findings seemed to show that choroidal insufficiency extending to the outer choroidal layer was present in addition to retinal damages including the retinal pigment epithelium.
