A 41-year-old female presented with headache and pain in her right eye. She showed bilateral corneal staphyloma, corneal opacity and invasion of conjunctiva into the cornea. The right eye showed a flap in the central cornea covering a corneal wound with incarcerated iris. Seidel test was negative. The fundus was not visible. Intraocular pressure was above 40 mmHg. There was no light perception. The affected eye was enucleated because of intractable ocular pain. Histopathological studies showed the suprachoroidal space filled with blood and inflammatory reaction in the cornea. The anterior chamber was flat. We diagnosed this case as choroidal hemorrhage induced by corneal perforation secondary to corneal ulcer.
