眼痛と結膜充血で発症し脈絡膜腫瘍を疑わせた脈絡膜出血と思われる1例

A case with tumor-like lesion arising from choroid of peripheral fundus associated with hypertension as a general status

　眼痛と結膜充血を伴い発症した，右鼻側周辺部の約5乳頭径大の隆起性病変の症例を経験した。本症例は高血圧症があり，高血圧性網膜症を有した。臨床経過及び検査所見から腫瘍性疾患は鑑別され，脈絡膜出血による隆起が最も考えられた。高血圧症の眼症状で脈絡膜出血は比較的稀であるが，本症例はその大きさからも，特に稀と考えられたため，今回報告した。

A case with tumor-like lesion arising from chor-oid of peripheral fundus was reported. This patient, 58-year-old female, has been suffering from essen-tial hypertension, and was refered to us with com-plaints of eye pain and conjunctival hypermia in OD. Fundus examination revealed that the appear-ance of the lesion was similar to that of choroidal melanoma showing 5 disc-diameter in size. A dif-ferential diagnosis was made with aids of CT, ultrasonic echogram and scintigram in addition to routine ophthalmological examination. The regres-sion was observed as her blood pressure went down. We concluded that the elevated lesion was due to choroidal hemorrhage.
