先天聾，immotile cilia syndromeなど多彩な合併症を伴った先天緑内障の1例

A case of congenital glaucoma with congenital deafness, immotile cilia syndrome and other disorders

　症例は23歳の女性。生下時より両眼に角膜混濁があり先天緑内障と診断され，両眼に虹彩切除を施行されている。全身的には幼少時からimmotile ciliaによるものとされる慢性副鼻腔炎，慢性中耳炎，気管支拡張症のほか，神経堤細胞の移動異常と考えられる耳小骨の欠損，眉毛過多，鼻根部低形成，偽両眼隔離症，前房隅角の発育異常を認めた。神経堤細胞の移動に線毛運動が関係する可能性があり，本症例の一連の症候は線毛運動不全に基づく神経堤細胞の胎生期における移動異常によるものと推察された。

A 23-year-old female had undergone iridectomy for congenital glaucoma during infancy. She had chronic sinusitis, otitis media and bronchiectasia due probably to immotile cilia. She also manifesteddefect of middle ear bones, high and broad nasal root, hyperplasia of medial portion of eyebrows, pseudohypertelorism and developmental anomalies of the anterior chamber angle. These anomalies inclusive of immotile cilia were thought to be due to abnormal migration of neural crest cells.
