網膜剥離手術後の前房フレア値

Aqueous flare values following retinal detachment surgery

　裂孔原性網膜剥離眼で強膜内陥術後3か月以上経過し，術後炎症が落ち着いた症例の前房フレア値を測定し，その上昇に寄与する因子を多変量解析を用いて検討した。房水蛋白濃度は正常眼に比し2倍以上高値を示し，上昇に関与した因子のうち，単相関係数が高いのはバックルの高さ，冷凍凝固の数，PVR （増殖性硝子体網膜症）の有無であった。偏相関係数はバックルの高さとPVRの有無のみ高値を示した。また各因子間の相関行列において冷凍凝固の数はその2因子とそれぞれ有意な相関が得られたことから，冷凍凝固の数は前房フレア値の上昇に間接的に関与していると考えられた。

We quantitated the aqueous flare in 66 cases after successful surgery for unilateral retinal detachment. Scleral buckling procedure with cryo-retinopexy was used as surgical procedure. A flare -cell meter, FC 1000 Kowa, was used in quantitat-ing the flare value.

At 3 to 12 months after surgery, the protein concentration in the anterior chamber averaged three times of that in the fellow, control eyes. The difference was significant (p＜0.01). The flare val-ue was positively correlated with the height of the scleral buckle, number of cryoretinopexy and pres-ence of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR).
