糖尿病眼への後房レンズ挿入術後の後期発症型フィブリン形成と関与因子

Late-onset fibrinous reaction following posterior chamber lens implantation in diabetics

　水晶体嚢外摘出術および後房レンズ挿入術を行った糖尿病症例，75例，75眼を対象として，術後にみられる後期発症型フィブリン形成の有無と6つの因子との関連性について検討した。この結果，高血圧の合併，インスリン治療の施行，HbA_1cの値が9.0以上，糖尿病網膜症の合併の4つの因子がフィブリン形成に関与していた。また，網膜光凝固術施行の症例では，HbA_1cの値が9.0以上，糖尿病網膜症の合併という因子を有していても，フィブリンを形成した症例はなかった。

We reviewed 75 diabetics, 75 eyes, who under-went cataract surgery with posterior chamber lens implantation during the foregoing 3-year period. Late-onset fibrinous reaction was prone to occur inthe presence of systemic hypertension, use of insu-lin, HbA_1c level over 9.0 and diabetic retinopathy. No fibrinous reaction developed in eyes with previ-ous laser photocoagulation even in the presence of the above factors.
