後房レンズ挿入術後の後期発症型フィブリン形成と関与因子

Contributory factors in late-onset fibrinous deposit following posterior chamber lens implantation

水晶体嚢外摘出術および後房レンズ挿入術を行った102例，102眼と糖尿病症例の52例，62眼を対象として，術後にみられる後期発症型フィブリン形成の有無と11の因子との関連性について検討した。この結果，糖尿病症例でインスリン治療を行っているもの，Hemoglobin A_1cの値が9.0以上のもの，糖尿病で高血圧を伴っている症例，の3つの因子がフィブリン形成に大きく関与していた。これら3因子を有する症例はフィブリンの出現頻度が高いため，注意が必要であると考えられた

We evaluated the incidence of late-onset fi-brinous deposit following unilateral extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber lens implantation in 102 eye. The series comprised 85 nondiabetics and 17 diabetics. Fibrinous deposit developed in 14 eyes, 17%, in nondiabetics and in 5,30%, in diabetics. We also evaluated another series of 62 similarly operated diabetic eyes. We weighed 11 systemic and ocular factors regarding the inci-dence. Fibrinous deposit was prone to occur in diabetic patients either under insulin therapy, with elevated hemoglobin A_1c, or with systemic hyper-tension.
