不全型桿体一色型色覚の姉弟

Incomplete rod monochromatism in a pair of sister and brother

　姉弟にみられた不全型桿体一色型色覚の症例を報告した。

　姉では中心窩における暗所視視感度がCIE暗所視比視感度曲線に一致した。しかしpanel D−15testをpassしたこと，白色背景下における視感度測定の結果は明らかに錐体系の残存を示し，不全型桿体一色型色覚と考えられた。弟は中心窩における暗所視，白色背景下いずれの視感度測定の結果もCIE暗所視比視感度曲線に一致したが，アノマロスコープ検査でスコトピックマッチが得られず，不全型と考えられた。錐体系の障害の程度は全般的に姉に比べて弟に強かった。このような症例は完全型，不全型の診断あるいは鑑別診断に迷うことがある。

A 16-year-old female was diagnosed as incom-plete rod monochromatism. Scotopic spectral sensi-tivity at the fovea was consistent with the CIE standard for luminous efficiency function. She pas-sed the panel D-15 test. Measurement of spectral sensitivity on white background indicated the pres-ence of remaining cone components.

In her 13-year-old brother, scotopic spectral sen-sitivity at the fovea and on white background was consistent with the CIE standard for scotopic and photopic luminous efficiency function. No scotopic match was obtained in anomaloscopic examina-tion, indicating the case to be an incomplete type. Impairment of cone component was generally more pronounced in the brother than in the sister.
