A report is presented over a 17-year-old female who showed intermittent exophthalmos and exaggerated Czermak-Hering reflex. While the left eye was enophthalmic in the usual state, exophthalmos could be induced either by pressure to the neck or by forward tilting of the head and vice versa. The protruding and returning procedure could be recorded by cinematographical methods. The exact process of this phenomenon could thus be shown gra-phically.
