Primary aberrant oculomotor regenerationの2症例

Two cases of primary aberrant oculomotor regeneration

　動眼神経麻痺の進行中に異常再生による症状が出現するprimary aberrant oculomotor　regenerationを呈し，蝶形骨洞嚢胞を原因とする症例と，上眼瞼の特異な律動運動を伴う症例を経験した。

　症例1は51歳の男性。複視を訴えて来院。右眼に異常再生の症状を伴う動眼神経麻痺を認め，CT検査などから右蝶形骨洞嚢胞と診断された。症例2は64歳の女性。1年前より徐々に進行する複視を訴えて来院。異常再生の症状を伴う右動眼神経麻痺に加え，右上眼瞼の律動運動を伴っていた。血管撮影で海綿静脈洞内内頸動脈瘤と診断された。

A 51-year-old male presented with double visionas chief complaint. We detected oculomotor nervepalsy in his right eye. The palpebral fissure in theright eye widened on adduction and downwardgaze. Computerized tomography (CT) showed amass lesion in the right cavernous sinus which waslater diagnosed as right sphenoidal sinus cyst.

A 64-year-old female was suffering from di-plopia for about a year. We detected rightoculomotor nerve palsy with signs of aberrantregeneration. The right upper eyelid also showed arhythmic movement. CT scan showed a giantintracavernous aneurysm.
