網膜中心静脈閉塞症の発生機序に関する臨床的研究

Pathogenesis of the central retinal vein occlusion. A clinical study

　網膜中心静脈閉塞症の発症前より経過を追えた2症例について，その発生機序を臨床的に検討した。この2症例とも螢光眼底造影を行うと，網膜中心静脈閉塞症発症前に視神経乳頭より螢光色素の漏出が認められた。この螢光漏出現象は，おそらく網膜中心静脈系の内皮細胞障害によるものと思われ，この内皮細胞障害を基盤に血栓形成が進行するものと推定した。

Two patients with diabetes mellitus and systemic hypertension could be examined before and after the onset of central retinal vein occlusion. In these two patients, the central retinal vein occlusion was preceded, by a few months, by dye leakage on the optic disc by fluorescein angiography.

This phenomenon of dye leakage might be relatedto the endothelial cell damage of the central retinal vein, and may play an important role in the de-velopment of the central retinal vein occlusion.
