硝子体顕微鏡手術用に開発された電動遠隔操作による定位微細操作装置

A motorized teleguided stercotactic micromanipulator for vitreous microsurgery

　本装置は，硝子体手術を容易にかつより正確に行い，患者が安全に手術を受けられるよう開発されたものである。

　本装置は，別個の操縦箱にある操縦桿で術者が遠隔操作することによりモーターが動いて作動する。特殊なアダプターを用いれば，既製のほとんどの硝子体器具と併用できるしスイッチを切り換えるだけでモーターが電気的に逆転するので，160°の広角視野が得られるRodcnstock社製Panfundoscopeを用いた倒像下での操作が容易となる。

　本装置を用いれば，現在の硝r体手術操作の多くの点が改善されるばかりでなく，今後手動では不可能であったより繊細な手術方法も開発されてくるであろう。

A motorized stereotactic micromanipulator was developed in order to enhance the precision of the procedure, the comfort of the surgeon and thus the safety of the patient during vitreous surgery. It. can accommodate almost any type of vitoreous surgical instrument by means of special adapters. The system is moved by the action of electrical motors which are remotely controlled by the surgeon operating a joystick on a separate control unit.
