帯状を呈した特異な黄斑発生異常

Band-shaped macular malformation. Report of two cases

　31歳の女性と25歳の男性に入られた眼底病変についての臨床所見を報告した。この眼底所見は，中心窩反射・黄斑輸状反射および正常の黄斑の色調を欠きながらも網膜血管の異常は少なく，乳頭から黄斑および黄斑周囲が帯状いしは長楕円形に鮮黄色で，強膜が透見でき，その周囲に連続的に移行する強い豹紋状の輪をもっていた。螢光眼底造影では鮮黄色の異常部は脈絡膜相で微細な顆粒状の造影を示し，静脈相より後期まで　Win—dow defectと考えられる過螢光を示した。この所見は，類似したものとしてはConnらの報告があるのみで，一般には知られておらず，黄斑の発生異常の新しい形と考えられた。

A 31-year-old female and a 25-year-old male manifested peculiar macular lesions which were considered to be developmental in origin. The macular lesion was present bilaterally in the second case. In the first case, the fellow eye could not be examined because of congenital corneal opacity.

The macular lesion appeared as band-shaped atrophy located in the papillomacular bundle area. The lesion looked yellowish-red due partially to transillumination effect of the underlying sclera. The foveolar reflex and the macular ring reflex were absent in all the eyes. The yellow macula and the dark fovea were consistently absent.
