抗生物質のヒト眼内移行に関する実験的研究

Penetration of autibiotics into the human eye

　セフェム系抗生物質Cefmetazole sodium （CMZ），ペニシリン系抗生物質TA—058，アミノ配糖体抗生物質KW−1070（Fortimicin）のIS剤について房水内および涙液内への移行性を検討した。その結果房水中への移行率はCMZ2〜20％TA−058 1〜20％，KW−1070 10〜50％で，涙液中への移行率はCMZ2〜15％，TA−058 2〜15％，KW−107020〜90％で，CMZとTA−058はほぼ同程度，KW−1070はCMZやTA−058より高い値をしめした。抗生物質の房水および涙液内移行は，血清中濃度よりほぼ予測でき，眼感染症に対する抗生物質の選択が容易となった。

We evaluated the penetration of 3 preparations of antibiotics into the aqueous and the tear fluid in humans and compared the values with the blood level. Cefmetazole sodium (CMZ), a new penicillin derivative (TA-058) and a new aminoglycoside (KW-1070) were used in the present study.

The aqueous penetration rate, or the aqueous/ serum ratio, was 2-20% for CMZ, 2-15% for TA-058 and 20-90% for KW-1070. The lacrimal penetration rate, or tear/serum ratio, was 2-15% for CMZ, 2-15% for TA-058 and 20-90% for KW-1070.
