硝子体抽出液に対し，病理学的ならびに血清学的検索を行った桐沢型ぶどう膜炎の1例

High complement fixation titer of type II herpes simplexvirus in the itreous of Kirisawa uveitis (acute retinal necrosis). A case report.

　桐沢型ぶどう膜炎の症例に硝子体手術を行い，得られた硝子体の沈渣ならびに上清に対し組織学的およびウイルス抗体についての検索を行った。

（1）組織学的検索では一般のぶどう膜炎と同様の所見が観察されたが．核内封入体．ウイルス顆粒は認められなかった。

（2）硝子体液のHSV抗体価は1：128と上昇，型分類ではII型であった。

（3）これらの結果ならびに家族歴より，本症例はHSV II型の眼局所への感染である可能性が示唆された。

A previously healthy 37-year-old female develop-ed rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with severe vitreous opacity after a 52-day coures of uveitis in her left eye. Yellowish intraretinal exudate ac-cumulated anterior to the equator over the whole retinal circumference. Fluorescein angiography showed hyperfluorescencc of the disc and the affected peripheral retina. Retinal vessels were occasionally obstructed near the exudates. We treated the eye by a combination of vitrectomy, silicone explant and air tamponade.
