A 3-month-old male infant manifested typical features of congenital glaucoma with enlarged cornea, corneal edema and deep anterior chamber. Besides an timongoloid slant, protruded forehead and nose, he manifested broad thumbs and toes, and various minor anomalies which were diagnosed as characteristic features of the Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome.

Among a number of ocular manifestations of this syndrome, congenital glaucoma as an associated feature has been reported only in 8 instances in oversea literarure and none in Japan so far. In spite of the infrequency of congenital glaucoma .
