眼内手術と血液網膜柵

Intraocular surgeries and blood retinal barrier

　みかけ上正常眼底で術後1年以上を経過した白内障嚢内摘出（ICCE）眼121眼，諸種対緑内障手術眼26眼の血液網膜柵の状態をvitreous fiuorophotomctryで調べた。ICCEの術後1年の群では70眼中32眼（46％），3年の群では60眼中18眼（30％）に血液網膜柵の破壊がみられ，いずれの群でも手術時の年齢が高い程，高率に破壊が起っていた。一方，対緑内障手術眼では術後平均8.6年で26眼中6眼（23％），ICCEに比べ低率であった。これらの破壊頻度は，正常群に比べ有意に高率であった（ICCE 1年p＜0.005,3年p＜0.05，緑内障p＜0.1）。破壊の背景となる因子およびその意義について二，三の考察をなした。

We performed vitreous fluorophotometry to evalu-ate the integrity of the blood retinal barrier to fluorescein in eyes which underwent intracapsular cataract extraction (ICCE) and anti-glaucoma surgeries, and with apparently normal fundus. Eyes studied were randomly selected from the group of eyes with postoperative follow up period of approximately one year (group 1) and three years (group 2) in ICCE, with an average post-operative follow up period of 2.6 years in anti-glaucoma surgeries (glaucoma group) and also from normal volunteers (control group).
