両眼の高度の虹彩萎縮と緑内障を伴う急性虹彩毛様体炎

A case of bilateral acute iridocyclitis associated with extensive iris atrophy and glaucoma

　我々は61歳男性で両眼の充血と異物感を訴え来院した患者に，両眼の高度虹彩萎縮と緑内障および漿液性虹彩毛様体炎を有する例に遭遇した．

　広隅角で角膜内皮に異常はなかった．

　HLAについては．A2, BW 62（15）であった．

　Iridocorneal endothelial syndrome, iridoschisis, Fuchs' heterochromic iridocyclitisなどとの鑑別診断を行い，両眼のFuchs'　heterochromic iridocyclitisに属する疾患と考えられた．

A 61-year-old male presented, bilaterally, with extensive iris atrophy, glaucoma and serous irido-cyclitis. The anterior chamber angle was open with sporadic peripheral anterior synechia formation. No corneal endothelial damage was noted by specular microscopy. An HLA pattern of A2-BW 62 (15) was confirmed.

After ruling out iridocorneal endothelial synd-rome and iridoschisis, we reached the presumed diagnosis of bilateral heterochromic iridocyclitis (Fuchs).
