稀有なる網膜嚢胞の2例

Two rare cases of retinal cyst

　網膜剥離を伴わない，いわゆる網膜大型嚢胞の2例について報告した。

　症例1：25歳，男性。右眼上鼻側に硝子体出血，肥厚硝子体膜による牽引のために生じたと思われる網膜嚢胞がみられた。硝子体切除術を施行した後，嚢胞自体に積極的に光凝固を行ったところ嚢胞をほぼ消失させることに成功した。

　症例2：34歳，男性。右眼視神経乳頭鼻側に接し，高さ14D．直径8乳頭径の網膜嚢胞がみられ，傍乳頭部網膜血管種症（Juxtapapillary retinal angiomatosis）が成因として考えられた。光凝固術により，いずれもほぼ消失させることに成功した。

A repot is presented on two cases of retinal ma-crocyst without associated retinal detachment. Case 1, a 25-year-old male, manifested a macrocyst in the retina in the superior nasal sector in the right eye. The cyst was formed by traction of the retina by a thickened vitrous membrane which had formed after removal of an intraocular foreingn body 8 years be-fore. Complete shrinkage of the cyst was achieved by vitrectomy to remove the membrane and by addi-tional photocoagulation. Case 2, a 34-year-old male, showed a large cyst nasally and adjacent to the disc in his right eye. The cyst measured 14 D in height and 8 disc diameter.
