青錐体系の視力とその臨床応用について（Ⅰ）

Visual acuity of blue cone system and its clinical use

　黄色光順応下（2,000 asb）で，広域青色フィルター（ピーク，450 nm）によるランドルト環投射を行い，青錐体視力（BCV）を測定した。このsuprathresholdの領域で計測されるBCVは，個体差，年代差の少ない安定した指標である。正常35眼のBCV平均値は0.16±0.03であるが，特発中心性脈絡膜症，網膜剥離，緑内障，網膜色素変性症などにおいて選択的に障害され，あるいは回復の遅延する傾向がある。

Visual acutiy of the blue cone system was mea-sured with Landolt C projected through a blue filter (max. 450nm) on a wide yellow field of 2000 asb. The blue cone vison obtained with suprathreshold stimuli was found to be a very stable clinical indi-cator without case to case variation or age to age alteration. Averaged value of the blue cone vision from 35 normal eyes was 0.16±0.03. This was sele-ctively reduced in some cases with idiopathic cen-tral choriodopaty, retinal detachment, open angle glaucoma and retinitis pigmentosa and was occa-sionally retarded in the course of recovery.
